Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki and his deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu, have met with the Chairman of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State, Tony Aziegbemi, and other members of the PDP State Executive Committee, to strategize ahead of the forthcoming local government elections in the state.

Obaseki, who spoke to journalists after a closed-door meeting at the PDP Secretariat, Benin City, urged all party executives and members to work in unity to ensure the party’s victory at the Local Government polls.

He said the meeting will also bring everybody on board to make sure that all members, particularly leaders of the party, feel a sense of inclusion and participation.
