The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Umana Umana has said President Muhammadu Buhari is committed to the creation of job opportunities for youths in the Niger Delta.

He made this known at the commissioning of a Multi-Skills Vocational Development Center in Edo State.

Represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Olufunsho Adebiyi, the minister described the training facility as one of the gains of the Infrastructure Agenda of the Buhari administration.
