Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has paid a thank-you visit to President Muhammadu Buhari, in his home town, Daura, Katsina State.

Tinubu told journalists in Daura that he came to present the certificate of return to the president as the party leader.

He commended his efforts in supporting democracy in Africa, describing him as a loyal party leader who was willing and committed to transfer power peacefully.
