Inec Continues PVC Distribution In Edo State


The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says a total of 3228 Permanent Voter's Cards (PVC) were collected on Wednesday, 28th of December.

 

Figures released by the Edo state INEC Head of Voter Education and Publicity, Timidi Wariowei showed that Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area has the highest number of collection with a total of 748, followed by Oredo with 642, Ovia South West 330, Egor 311, and Etsako West with 294.

 

Esan North East had 162, Akoko Edo 120, Etsako East 103, Owan West 41, Owan East 40, while Orhionmwon had 23 and Ovia North East had 22 collections.

 

According to notice, the collection of PVC will continue on daily bases including Saturdays and Sundays, excluding public holidays from 9am to 3pm at the INEC offices in the various Local government areas.
