Justice INYANG EKWO of the Federal High Court in Abuja has affirmed OLADIPUPO ADEBUTU as the authentic governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun state.

The court dismissed a suit filed by an aspirant JIMI LAWAL for lacking reliable and credible evidence.

LAWAL had challenged the emergence of ADEBUTU, alleging that an invalid delegates list was fraudulently used by the PDP to conduct the election.

After the ruling, a lawyer to LADI ADEBUTU, while speaking with newsmen, praised the court over the ruling.
