The Edo State Government, as part of efforts to sustain ongoing reforms in the state's civil and public service, has conducted a Computer Based Test (CBT) for shortlisted candidates for employment into the public service.
The State Head of Service, Anthony Okungbowa, while speaking with journalists in Benin City, said the ongoing recruitment exercise is part of efforts to strengthen the civil and public service, populating the service with quality manpower for optimal service delivery.
The Head of Service revealed that the process will ensure that various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of government are strengthened to effectively respond to the demands of the people of the 21st century public service.
Okungbowa called for the support of residents in the realization of the government's Making Edo Great Again (MEGA) Agenda.
