The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has said there will be no further extension of the Continuous Voter Registration after the 31st of this month deadline.
The National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee of INEC, FESTUS OKOYE, who stated this in an interview said any further extension would adversely affect other scheduled activities of the commission.
The INEC spokesman said the commission had increased the number of machines for the exercise, the registration centers, and even the registration hours.
OKOYE, therefore, urged those yet to register to take advantage of the few remaining days.
