Russian President Vladimir Putin says western countries must remove restrictions on exports of Russian grain, in order to facilitate the export of Ukrainian grain. 

PUTIN made this call while responding to reporters’ questions in Tehran, the Iranian capital, where he is  on official visit to the Arab country. 

Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine has hampered shipments from one of the world’s biggest exporters of wheat and other grain, sparking fears of global food shortages.
