After 2 years of absence due to the covid-19 pandemic, the annual Ojude-Oba festival is set for a return on Monday July 11, in the ancient town of Ijebu-Ode.

The chairman of the organizing Committee, DR. FASSY YUSUF, during a press conference held at the palace of the Awujale of Ijebu, said the theme for this year’s festival is “THE RETURN OF THE OJUDE OBA”.

Dr. FASSY YUSUF stated that the festival has grown to become a very cultural event celebrated by all irrespective of cultural and religious background.
