Relatives and friends of 62 passengers abducted on the Abuja-Kaduna train have warned that the train service must not resume unless all abducted passengers are rescued.
In a press conference in Kaduna, the spokesperson of the relatives of the abducted passengers, Dr. ABDULFATAI JIMOH, demanded the quick and safe rescue of their relatives being held, hostage.
He decried the lassie-faire attitude of the minister who he said is more concerned about his presidential ambition than the release of the abductees.
The Nigeria Railway Corporation hinted last week that repair on the rail track has been completed, even though it did not state when the train service would resume.
