President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has said a person cannot succeed outside his personal educational qualification, adding that anybody who misses education has missed everything.

The President said this during a panel discussion at the Global Education Summit in London.

President MUHAMMADU BUHARI said the size and population of Nigeria are challenges for any administration, but despite this, the government and people realize that education is the starting point for success.

He promised that budgetary allocation to the sector would in the long term witness a progressive increase to about 100 per cent in the next four years.

President BUHARI also stated that Nigerian parents are making sacrifices to ensure that their children get educated.
